We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility For hygiene and safety reasons (these are fragrance products), returns are accepted only when:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition as received; or
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product sent).
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, sprayed, or opened, unless they were defective or incorrectly supplied.
How to request a return
- Email glowthedaisy@gmail.com (or WhatsApp +91 70836 95955) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
- For damaged/incorrect items, include clear photos and a short unboxing video if possible.
- Our team will review and share return instructions within 1โ2 business days.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We may offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative to a refund where applicable.
Return shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we cover return shipping.
- For other eligible returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable
- Opened/used products (except defective)
- Miniatures and free gifts/samples
- Items returned without prior approval
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the returns process above applies.
