Shipping policy
At Daisy Glow, we aim to get your fragrances to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency.
Order processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next working day.
Delivery timelines Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within India are:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote/interior locations: 5–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999.
- Orders below ₹2,999 carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry a small additional handling fee, displayed at checkout.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also reach us anytime at +91 70836 95955 for an update.
Incorrect address / failed delivery Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Daisy Glow is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details. If a COD order is refused or undeliverable, repeat attempts and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged in transit If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos at glowthedaisy@gmail.com.
