Welcome to Daisy Glow. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These terms govern your use of the Daisy Glow website and the purchase of products from us. We may update them from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.

2. Products & pricing

  • We sell genuine designer fragrance tester units (see our Authenticity Guarantee).
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and refund any amount paid.
  • Product availability is subject to stock. Bottle packaging may vary slightly as these are tester units.

3. Orders & payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • We accept prepaid payments via the methods shown at checkout, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds Governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property All trademarks, brand names, and logos shown are the property of their respective owners. Daisy Glow is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any of these brands. Product names are used for identification only. Website content, design, and imagery are the property of Daisy Glow and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability Daisy Glow shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Fragrances should be used as directed; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amravati, Maharashtra.
